With so many open houses held on weekdays, agents are finding it difficult to see all of them.
Please try to schedule your open house with these guidelines in mind, which will help your fellow agents and
will increase attendance at your open houses:
Tuesdays - Areas 160-164, 170-176
Lunada Bay/Margate (160), Montemalaga (162), Malaga Cove (163), Valmonte (164), West P.V.E. (170) Country Club (171), La Cresta (172), Los Verdes (173), Crest (174), Peninsula Center (175), Silver Spur (176).
Thursdays - Areas 165-169, 177
P.V. Drive North (165), Rolling Hills (166), P.V. Drive East (167), Mira Catalina (168), P.V. Drive South (169), Eastview (177).
To allow for travel time between open houses, we suggest these hours for viewing: 11:00 am until 2:00 pm.
