Heather Baker owns Caring Transitions South Bay PV with her husband, Tim.
Caring Transitions specializes in helping seniors downsize, relocate to a new living space, and liquidate remaining goods through a Traditional Estate Sale or Online Auction, as well as Home Cleanouts.
Heather has a Bachelor of Music in Piano performance. While loving music, she found that she really enjoyed organizing as a vocation. She owned and operated her own Professional Organizing business in the South Bay. She also spent several years as an Associate Pastor. In 2015, Tim and Heather moved Heather's parents into an ADU on their property and cared for both of them for 3 years. After doing a relocation for Tim's mother, they realized that there was a glaring need to help seniors and their adult children deal with all the belongings of the family when the time came.
This experience encouraged Tim and Heather to open Caring Transitions to help seniors and their families reduce the stress of relocation. She lives in Torrance with her husband.
