Where are the displaced residents living for now? Are any other homes at risk in the area? Is the City seeking assistance from state or federal agencies? How are local governments supporting the displaced residents? How can the community support the displaced residents? Is there an update on the sewer main line that broke on Peartree? Did nearby sewage spills cause the land movement? Was there a reported water leak prior to the land movement? What does ‘red-tagged,’ ‘yellow-tagged’ and ‘on watch’ mean for the affected homes? Why is the HOA responsible for the geological assessment about the cause of the land movement? Where can I direct a media inquiry? Where can I sign up for emergency alerts?
